Welcome back I hope you all had a lovely week off, It was lovely to see all the children again and welcome some new ones who have started visits this week.
Did you know that children aged 2 should only have no more than 1 hour of screen time per day. Please find below an image to explain this, it also shows how much sleep and physical exercise your child should be having.
"Improving physical activity, reducing sedentary time and ensuring quality sleep in young children will improve their physical, mental health and wellbeing, and help prevent childhood obesity and associated diseases later in life,” says Dr Fiona Bull
This week we enjoyed a visit to wacky warehouse, all children will be getting chance to visit over the coming weeks, this really helps develop children's physical skills.
We have also had a new sensory corner installed which the children have really enjoyed exploring.
