Week Beginning 10th September

The first full week in nursery has gone really well and the Sunflower team are super proud of how well all the children have adapted to nursery lifeyes They have formed strong bonds with staff so next week they will all be allocated a key person and a letter will be sent home. A key person is there to help settle the children and be a familiar face in nursery. They are there for support to parents/carers and to answer any questions or worries/concerns regarding your child. We also have a buddy system in place to ensure there is always someone available to support you and your child in the best possible wayheart

REMINDERS-

  • If you are packing grapes/blueberries, cocktail sausages/hotdogs in your child's packed lunch they must be cut vertically as these food products are choking hazards.
  • Please provide a spoon for yoghurts and a drink (no fizzy drinks please)
  • Please put in an ice pack to keep cool foods fresh

Many Thanks Traci

Some of our activities this week😊

Health & Self care routines❤️

The children have been confident in nursery routines and have shown can do attitudes when participating. They have loved being independent when washing their hands, finding their own lunch at dinner times, and starting to put away own cup/plate in the sink after snack times. We are super proud of themlaugh

Nursery is tiring work😴
