Week Beginning 1st April
Nursery will close for Easter break after the session on Friday 4th April and will return on Tuesday 22nd April, we hope you all have a lovely half term

Thankyou to everyone who sent back an Easter egg picture, we really enjoyed looking at them and displaying them within the room

A big happy 3rd birthday to this little man, thankyou for bringing cake in to share with your friends, we hope you enjoyed your special day
Small group time
This week for group time we have enjoyed an adult led music session, in which the adult has sung a song and used different movements with instruments, we used fast, slow, quiet and loud movements whilst singing. The children participated well and used good listening and attention skills throughout
Easter egg hunts
The children have thoroughly enjoyed participating in lots of easter egg hunts this week, we have used laminated photo eggs and hid them on the grass area for children to find, we have also done an egg hunt within the room with chocolate eggs. The children was keen to find all the eggs and did really well using big and small movements to find eggs down low and up high. They also enjoyed eating the chocolate eggs afterwards
Easter baking🍪
We have enjoyed making and decorating easter biscuits this week with Amy, the children showed good can do attitudes through this activity. The enjoyed counting out the scoops of ingredients and enjoyed choosing what colour icing/sprinkles they would like on their biscuits and even more so enjoyed eating them afterwards

Today we enjoyed a trip on the bus to wigan park. The children was a a credit to the staff and centre, they was all so well behaved and had good listening all day, we are super proud of them all! They all enjoyed playing and exploring at the park, taking their packed lunches and having them as a picnic whilst there, feeding the ducks/birds and seeing the fountain
