Week Beginning 24th September

⭐️Stars of the week⭐️

Some of our activities this week🎨

Small group time💛

This week we have implemented small group time into provision. We have been sitting down in small groups at 11:00am, and focusing on playing alongside others, communication and language skills and turn taking within a group. These groups help build relationships and confidence and also gives the children quality time with staff. The children have adapted to this really well and enjoyed participating. We usually run these groups for a term which is between 4-6 weeks, this is to give children chance to learn the skills, grow & develop in their own time then they will be challenged with a new activityheart

Health & self care routinessmiley

The children have enjoyed participating in the toothbrushing scheme at nursery they have been confident in showing us how well they can brush. After this we wash hands using hand sanitizer which they are keen to do and show us their clean handsyes

The children are keen to show us how independent they can be by washing and drying their hands before meal times, they use paper towels or hand drier once washed. They then find their own lunch bag and choose a seat at the tables. We are super proud of the independent learners they are becomingheart
