Week Beginning 26th November
REMINDERS-
- The Christmas party will take place on Friday 20th December, 9:00am-11:00am for all children. You should of all received a message regarding this, please respond with your child's name to confirm if you would like them to attend. They will not be able to attend on the morning if we do not have confirmation of this as we will need to staff appropriately. Many Thanks Traci
- National Christmas jumper day is Thursday 12th December, if you would like to send your child in a Christmas T-shirt/jumper you are more than welcome to. We are asking for a donation of a tinned food if you can, to support this charity then we can send off a food hamper

Stay & play sessions
We would like to thank all of the grown ups and special people who attended the stay and play sessions in nursery this week, the children really enjoyed having you here in setting as much as we did. I hope you all enjoyed seeing the Sunflower Room and chatting to all the staff. We will be organising more of these throughout the New Year. Thankyou all for your continued support

Being Independent
Through meal times we are trying to promote independence, this means giving the children opportunities to peel their own fruit, open their own yoghurts, chose own cutlery & drinks as well as starting to pour them, sometimes with a little adult support. The children love a challenge and are keen to show us their can do attitudes, we are so proud of the independent learners they are becoming

Posting letters to Santa🎅🏻
This week we have been talking about what presents we would like off Father Christmas, the children have each created a list and used toy pictures out of a catalogue to make them. They enjoyed looking at all the different options and choosing their own toys to put on their lists, we have spoke about being good girls and boys at home and using listening ears for mummies/daddies and special people Once the letters was complete we enjoyed talking a walk to the post box to post them
