Week ending 17th January
Hello and welcome back to our class blog. This week we have been enjoying the story of 'Jack And The Beanstalk'. Some of us already knew this story which meant we could join in with FE FI FO FUM!
Earlier in the week we drew a story map. We thought about the order of the story from beginning, middle and end. We drew some lovely pictures and wrote down the sounds we could hear to write the words.
In Maths this week we were thinking about numeral to quantity and ordering numerals. We had lots of fun using our friends the Numberblocks to do this.
The weather finally got a little bit less icy which meant we were allowed to use our new climbing frame! We can climb, swing and balance.
In Music this week we used the instruments to help us find the pulse of the music.
