Welcome Back!
This week we have continued to look at the Clocktower! The children have created sentences following a criteria.
Sentence 1 included an adverb
Sentence 2 had to be a 2a sentence
Sentence 3 had to be an exclamation sentence
Sentence 4 had to be include an emotion.
The children were able to think of their own sentences. They have written their own description of the video. The teachers are very proud of their work!
In Maths we have continued with fractions and division by sharing and grouping. This week the children have been finding 3/4 of a number by finding 1/4 and then adding that number 3 times.
In topic we have been looking at the local artist Theodore Major. He drew pictures of Wigan using grey, white and black.
The children have done some lovely pictures!
In Science we have been looking at different habits. This week was local habitats, woodland, urban, pond and coast. See if the children can remember the animals that lived there!
