Hello everybody!

 

This week we have been learning all about the food we eat and where it comes from.  During our adult focussed activities we matched the food and the source and discussed how the food gets from the source into our homes.

 

Kian could not believe that fish fingers were actually made from fish!  We also talked about the people that make our food and collect the food from its source like farmers and fishermen.  

 

We have had lots of fun too in the continuous provision this week.  So much learning is happening!  Take a look at the pictures below to see what has been going on in our independent learning time.

And then we went to the MUGA for our daily mile and played parachute games to finish off a lovely week

Next week we are going to be learning through the book 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar'.

Please remember that the photographer will be in pre school on Wednesday to take Graduation pictures. If your child doesn't attend school that day please bring them at 9am to be photographed.
