12.11.21

Hi everyone,

We have had a lovely week making our recycled poppies (after learning about the COP 26 conference) and think they look lovely outside our classroom! Have a look and see what you think?

This week we have carried on looking at the snail and the whale and we have been writing a description about the whale. Next week we are going to write a information piece of writing about whales, so if you're planning a visit to the library this weekend, see if you can find some information about whales to help our writing.

In maths, we have continued to focus on addition and we have been looking at how many different ways we can find to make a number (number bonds).

In science we have continued with our seasons topic and we have looked at how the weather changes across the seasons and how we dress for those seasons.

In computing we have been using algorithms to program the Beebots, particularly focusing on getting the Beebots to turn as this is proving tricky!

In PSHE we thought about our feelings and how we show our feelings using our facial expressions.

We hope you have a lovely weekend!
