Hello,
Well done to our Achievement Certificate winner this week, which goes to Rebecca, for beginning a super buddy to our new pupil.
English
In English we have been learning about 'The Jolly Postman.' We wrote 2a sentences to describe the characters in the story and we thought about how the postman felt visiting all of the different characters. We made a lost poster using exclamation marks and question marks.
Maths
In maths, we have been learning how to recognise coins. We described the coins in the feely bag and played lots of matching games. We also played shops and used the money to buy things from the shop.
Topic
In Topic, we have been thinking about people who help us. We have a new role play area, which is a post office. We dressed up as different people who help us and thought about what we might like to be when we are older.
