This year’s ‘Transition & Beyond Event’ will take place at Leigh Leisure Centre on Wednesday 7th November 2018 1.00pm – 6.00pm, this is an important market place information event for people with a disability and will provide a range of information to help families prepare for the future.

The event is also a great networking opportunity for staff, allowing people the chance to speak to providers in person.
