Ever found a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow? No? Well, it would be a miracle if you did because they are full circles with usually the bottom part not visible. But what causes them? Y6 investigated how white light from a source can refract (or bend) into seven different component colours that we call the colour spectrum. This rhyme helps us to remember the colours:
