Hello and welcome to our blog.
This week, in English we have been continuing to learn to write instructions - and this time we wrote about how to make an ice cream! The children learnt a model text which then helped them to write the instructions step by step.
In maths we have learned about position and direction. The children practised using the correct vocabulary to describe the position - up, down, left, right, next to, under.
The children then practised following directions using the vocabulary- 1/4 turn, 1/2 turn, 3/4 turn and a full turn.
Thank you to all the parents who have returned their trip money and letter we are very excited about our trip next Wednesday- please remember we need full uniform to worn, lunches in a plastic bag labelled and no fizzy drinks.
