Hello and welcome back to our penultimate blog
!! Can you believe that we are almost at the end of the year already?? And what a year it has been!!
But before we get to the end, let’s look at what we have been up to this week…
Well, as it was transition day (which meant I had my new class for 2 mornings) your children had a fab time with a team from Wigan Athletics, who carried out a range of sporting activities with your children. They had a great morning and on Thursday displayed exemplary behaviour helping out in various classes around school.
We have been finishing our final assessments this week and as well as that, we have had children still working hard on their times tables bands! Real troopers!!
We have also been practicing our end of year assembly which we can’t wait to share with you next Thursday – Westfield is the Word!
Once again, it has been another full on week here in year 6. Enjoy your weekend and we will see you on Monday for our final week.
