This week's stars of the week was Robert for doubling the amount of sounds he knows since Christmas. What a fantastic achievement.
In Maths this week, we have been mixing up addition and subtraction. We have been looking carefully at the sign and comparing numbers.
In English, we have been retelling the story 'Jack and the Beanstalk.' We have been thinking of our own new stories. We have made up the story of Susie and the sunflower.
In Science, we have been thinking about the functions of parts of the plant. We have learnt that the stem holds the plant up, the roots suck up water, the petals attract insects and the leaves make food.
We had a fabulous Comic Relief day. Well done for all dressing in red and bringing your donations.
