Maths
This week we have been learning how to multiply and divide by 3 and 4. We started by creating a multiplication museum. Check out the photos below. Can you see the red herring?
English
We started the week by learning about conjunctions of time, place and cause. We then look ed at The Stone Age Boy story and wrote speech to show the interaction between Om and the boy. On Thursday we created a story board to recount our day on Wednesday. We finished the week by writing our recount.
Topic
This week has been filled with Topic. On Tuesday we learnt about the food we had our Bronze Age Celt visitor on Wednesday. A picture says a thousand words, 80 pictures will retell our whole day. Have a look at the video below to find out what we got up to! The children shown impeccable behaviour and were a credit to the school. On Thursday, we wrote a fact file all about The Stone Age.
Science
Fossils, fossils, fossils…. We have been learning about fossils and how they are formed. The fossils take 10,000 years to form.
