In English, we have been continuing looking at the features of Information Texts. We have labelled diagrams, the title and subheadings. We have sorted fiction and non-fiction texts and had a go at writing our own non-fiction text about the humpback whale.
In Maths, we have been learning how to subtract using number stories.
In Science, we have been learning about the weather. We used a thermometer to record the temperature outside and talked about different weather types and our favourite type of weather.
In Topic, we have been learning about the history of our local area. Mr Crook came to answer questions about what was here before the school and 50p park. We looked at photographs of our school being built.
