Friday 18th January 2019

Well what an exciting week it has been!

On Tuesday afternoon, the children were informed that the caretakers had found some 'Artefacts' in the ALP's and were not too sure what they were...so they enlisted year four's help! The children had to become archaeologists for the afternoon. They split into groups and went to find the artefacts in the flower beds and discuss the things they had found. Such as when do they think it was from? Who did it belong to? Was it old/new? What was it used for? Then on Thursday's lesson, the class wrote up about what they had found in true archaeological style. They can't wait to find out even more information out about the items they dug up!

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and we shall see you on Monday Morning!
