Welcome to Year 5F's final blog of the year...and what a year it has been! It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know all the children in class and to teach them for the past twelve months. We would like to thank you all for your continued support this year and for all the kind gifts you have sent in.

A big congratulations to our CERTIFICATE WINNER this week. He won for having a wonderful year and having a fantastic attitude all year. He has even pushed himself in the final week to achieve his GOLD spelling badge, ready to move on to Year 6. He went on to win the UPPER PHASE TROPHY for PUPIL OF THE WEEK. Again, a HUGE congratulations to him - a very well deserved win.
Also, this week in assembly all the GOLD CARD overall winners for the year were presented with their gold star badges and certificates by Mr Sherriff. As always, a massive WELL DONE from all of us in Year 5F.
Finally, we would like to wish you all a wonderful summer break. It has been a fantastic first year on the Upper Phase for all the class and we wish them continued success in Year 6 with Mrs Parry and Mrs Melling.
