Wow -another week has passed. How quickly do they go?
You are probably wondering how we are getting along in Year 4. You know, how we’ve settled in and how we are liking our new class? Well, this week we thought we’d let you know. Just to be a little different, we thought we’d do it through the medium of mime. No, no, only joking, but we will do it visually -through pictures. Take a look at how we feel.
In English this week, we have been looking again at Ride of Passage. We have begun work on using inverted commas (speech marks) for direct speech. Check out the video link below to see the rules. Oh, and do you get the joke -duck? You know, duck?
In Maths, we have moved onto counting on in steps. We have counted on and back in steps of 25. It’s actually quite easy when you look for the pattern.
Why not have a go yourself.

We also started to look at negative numbers. Say, would you know the missing numbers from the number line below? Have a go.
