Friday 23rd November

What a busy week it's been!

This week in English we have been looking at the story Ug. It is about a character called Ug who lives in the Stone Age. This links with our new Topic as we have started to look at the Stone Age.

In Maths the children have been doing column subtraction and checking their work using the inverse. The children have found this challenging but have worked really hard! Well done everyone!

In Science we have been looking at different types of rocks, both man made and natural. They children learnt about sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous.

On Mondays the children have their drumming lesson. They've been working really hard learning different songs. There will be an assembly for you on Monday 10th December. More information to follow closer to the date.
