Welcome back to this week's blog. Here's what's been happening...
We are really enjoying out topic on the Victorians - we have learned about Queen Victoria and her family and are reading Hetty Feather in English, which is set in the Victorian times. We also looked into the Foundling Hospital and what it might have been like there. As Hetty Feather was written by Jacqueline Wilson, we have researched her and written a biography.
In maths we have been finding percentages of amounts and applying this knowledge into problem solving and reasoning.
It has been all about the heart
in science this week! We carried out an experiment to see what happened to our heart rate and breathing rate after exercise and wrote our findings up as a news broadcaster!
