Friday 25th May 2018

Wow...what an amazing week!

Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and friends who came along on Tuesday morning to our sports day.  We're sure you will agree that it was a great morning.  (The sunshine did help, but if you were there, you'll know from our smiles just what a great time we had.)

Relive the moment along with us by taking a look at some pictures of the day below.

On Thursday morning, some of Year 4 (from both classes) went along to the Youth Zone to take part in a Kermese.  It is an annual celebration for Wigan's twinning with Angers in France.  There were 6 schools there in all.  We have been practising hard with Mrs Wilson each Monday.  We sang a song which you will recognise -though maybe not the words.  Mrs Wilson changed the words to link to the World Cup event that takes place soon....and all the lyrics are in French.  How clever are we?  Check out the video on the link below.

To round off a great week...we got Friday off.frown

Have a super half term break, we'll see you when we're back.
