'Guess what I am' grammar work!
Welcome back to our class blog this week.
For the majority of the week, we have been carrying out tests in Maths, English and Reading. We are really pleased with your children's efforts and ask that they continue with their hard work as it is clearly paying off!
In Science, we have been looking into the work of Edward Jenner, the doctor who found the cure for small pox. Ask your children about some of the experiments that were carried out to find the cure for the deadly disease.
We have carried out a range of fun learning activities around grammar this week which have included using word classes and 'guess what I am'. The children enjoyed doing this!
We have concluded our Victorian topic with an assessment which demonstrated your children's historical knowledge, we will look at the ancient tribe, the Mayans, next week.
