Welcome back to Year 4 Blog. We've had another exciting week here in Year Four.
A few weeks ago, our teacher gave us the chance to choose our final class reader for the year. We decided on The Gift of Dark Hollow by Kieran Larwood. You might remember the author's name from Podkin One-Ear. The second book picks up where the first left off, and WOW, it has us gripped. The third book is out in September. It is going to be a must read, we think.
On Tuesday, we spent some time looking at Brazilian carnival headdresses. We designed our own in our sketchbooks. There were some really great designs which looked amazing on Wednesday when we made them. Take a look.
