Hello and welcome to this week's blog. Wow! we can't believe that it's December already! The weeks are flying by!
This week in Maths the children have been using the bar model method to work out fractions of amounts. Here is what their working out would look like...

Also, Mr Metcalfe has begun reading our latest class novel Street Child by Berlie Dougherty, which follows the story of a young boy called Jim in Victorian times.
Our certificate winner this week is Jake. He won for his thoughtful, sensible and sensitive contributions during this week's PSHE presentation. A big well done from us all.
