English
In English we have been reading the book 'Meerkat Mail'. This week we have been writing an information booklet all about Meerkats. We have written subheadings as questions and included interesting facts.
Maths
In maths, we have been learning about 2d and 3D shapes. We need to be able to name them all to achieve our end of year 1 standard so please help us with this at home.
Topic
We have been learning about the human and physical geography of the seaside. We have looked at the beaches around Britain and seen some famous landmarks, such as Brighton pier.
Science
In science we have been looking at mammals, amphibians and insects. We have labelled the key features of these animals.
