Wow! What a busy week it's been!
In English we redrafted our description and looked at ways to improve our work like using different sentence openers, more adjectives or similes. We also began to look at instructions and ordered a set of instructions on how to walk the plank. This will eventually link with our Topic work.
In Maths we have continued with column addition with adding 2 three digit numbers. We also played backwards bingo in the ALPS for place value. The children had the answer but they needed to find the question that matched.
This week we have linked our topic with computing. The children have written a blog about one of the man made seven wonders of the world.
In PE we have continued to learn new rugby skills, the children have thoroughly enjoyed learning about how to throw and kick a rugby ball.
