Hello everyone and welcome to Y6F's weekly BLOG. Here you will be able to catch up with some of the exciting goings on inside and outside of school.
This week has mainly been a settling in week where we aim to establish routines ease the children back into school life. We also start off our new topics and programmes of study.
Our main topic this half term is World War II which always proves to be an exciting yet poignant area to study. In science it is light, where we have already proved that light travels in straight lines. English and maths topics tend to change more rapidly though many skills are transferable across lots of areas.
It goes witout saying that Y6F have made a most impressive start to their Y6 journey and must keep up their enthusiasm to to learn.
