In English, we have been reading the poem ' Oi Frog.' In this story animals can only sit on things that rhyme with their name. We have been looking at animals and objects and matching the rhyming couplets. We have written our own poems.
In Maths, we have been counting to 50. We have been counting in 10s and practising crossing the tens boundaries.
In topic, we have been comparing the town and the countryside. We have looked at similarities and differences between the two. We have also designed a sandwich using foods from animals and plants.
In Science, we have been learning about grouping animals by what they eat. We looked at different carnivores, herbivores and omnivores.
