Hello again,
Thursday was world book day so it was great to see the children who had come as literary characters. To celebrate, we afforded a little more time to reading Hetty Feather, our class novel, which we have managed to complete. Hetty Feather is set in Victorian times so it really goes well with our current topic.
Have a good look at the pictures showing some Y6F children proudly displaying their peg dollies, which would have been made and given to Victorian children as toys. I'm sure you'll agree, much better than Playstations and mobile phones.
