Good morning Y2!
This week we are going to be learning to tell the time. So, we are going to start today with making our very own clock. The instructions below are for an outdoor clock, but you could make a clock using a paper plate instead.
You will need (you might find these in your garden or you could collect them on a daily walk):
12 stones / pebbles
1 long twig
1 small twig
A marker pen (chalk would work too!)
What to do:
- Collect all the things you need.
- Write the numbers 1 – 12 on the stones.
- Move the stones into a circular shape with the numbers in the right order.
