October 16th
This week we have been celebrating Diwali, the festival of light. We did this by making light boxes for the children to access. We used various mark making resources such as glitter, paint and corn flour to make marks and then watch as the light showed us our marks!!
We also differentiated this for younger children by creating a sensory light box which non mobile children and mobile children could access. The children loved this sensory exploration activity 
The second of our Focused activities was to hide and then find familiar objects, we also looked to see if the children would look for a dropped object by themselves.
The children have all had great fun exploring this week!!
