16th September
We have spent the first few weeks of pre-school settling into the environment and getting to know each other.
Some children have had the opportunity to reconnect after the summer holidays.
Other children have been developing their relationships with the adults in the classroom and with new friends.
23rd September
We have begun to get to know our keyworkers and our keyworker groups.
Your child's keyworker can be found on the 'Keyworker Groups' section of the blog.
We also wished these three children a very happy 4th birthday!
30th September
JUST A FEW REMINDERS!
-If your child is wearing a nappy for pre-school please ensure they are changed just before coming to school.
-Your child is provided with water and fruit in school; they do not need to bring an additional drink for snack. If they are in school for lunch they will need a drink inside their lunchbox.
-Please bring your child's book bag every day to pre-school. If they have not read their book then keep that at home but still send the bag. This allows us to put pictures and letters somewhere safe.
- Sign up to the WEDUC app as this is the main form of communication between school and yourselves.
- Please check your child's hair for headlice on a weekly basis and treat them if they are found.
We have had a wonderful first month together and are looking forward to lots of exciting learning opportunities in October!
