Welcome back to 2F's blog!
This week we have been doing lots of exciting things!
In English we have been reading The Twits and describing Mrs Twit! The children have really enjoyed reading the story and hearing the funny tricks Mr and Mrs Twit play on each other!
In Maths we have continued with our fraction work but we are now finding 1/2, 1/4 and 3/4 of numbers.
This week the book fair has been in school and we have taken some time to have a look and share a book with our friends! The children loved looking at all the different books!
In music we have been learning our new song 'Aardvark'. We enjoyed playing different musical instruments to the beat of the song.
On Wednesday we celebrated World Down Syndrome Awareness Day and we all rocked socks!! Well done!!
Today we have celebrated Sports Relief! The children have taken part in a dance-a-thon, thank you for all you kind donations.
