Week 5
Spinderella 🕷
I think this book is one of our favourite Julia Donaldson books, the children just love Spinderella.
We started our week in the 🌳 searching for numbers. Spinderella wants to learn about numbers to 20 and so do we.
We did lots of activities that linked to Spinderella....
* We matched numerals to quantity by matching the correct amount of pegs onto the spiders.🕷
* We caught as many spiders 🕷 as we could in 1 minute using tweezers to strength our fingers.
* We made spiders 🕷 in the playdough, we counted 4 legs on each side to make a total of 8.
* We practiced our football skills in the funky fingers area, just like Spinderella did with her brothers and sisters.
