This week we are still sending out Loan library bags with the children, it seems to have gone really well with the children who have already participated. Included is a small activity to try with your child at home, we would love to hear back if you do this😀
Tuesday 7th March😊
This week in nursery our communication group is all about colours and understanding different concepts for example big,small,little,thin,thick,short,long,full and empty. The grown ups have been asking questions such as “where is red” “can you find yellow” “what is this colour””which is small”and to challenge children further we have been asking “can you find something in nursery that is blue”.. the children have really enjoyed this activity and have shown can do attitudes throughout😊 If you try anything like this at home please let us know👍 Here’s some pictures, take a look..

Today we went out and spent a short period of time in the snow😀 the children really enjoyed trying to catch it. We also did lots of physical movements for example, running, hopping, jumping and twirling etc. We also pretended to be butterflies, crabs, frogs, zombies, crocodiles and bees as we moved about😀
