Week Ending 10th March
Hello and welcome back to our class blog! This week our text has been 'A Fruit is a Suitcase for Seeds'. This text has raised lots of interesting questions which we have written about and used different sources to find out the answers to. Have a look at some of our fantastic questions...
In Maths this week we looked at length. We have had a go at lots of different activities where we measured and compared different objects. We used the vocabulary longer, shorter, longer than, shorter than, longest and shortest.
When learning all about plants growing we have looked at lots of beautiful flowers. We had a go at finger painting to create some beautiful paper plate flowers. We cant wait to display them!
Next week we have a very exciting visit from the farm! Dont forget warm clothes and appropriate footwear on Monday.
Our text of the week will be 'The Growing Story'.
