Week Ending 9th June
Hello and welcome back to our class blog. It is our very last term in Reception and what a lovely week we have had to get it off to a start!
We were surprised to see a new addition to our playground after the holidays. We are SO lucky to have a new trim trail on the playground for us to use. We used our balance and agility to navigate the aparatus.
In Maths we have been learning all about Doubling. We created some doubles butterflies using paint and print. We folded our butterflies in half and told our grown ups the double numbers we had made.
We have completed lots of lovely pieces of writing this week. We have been thinking about changing familiar stories we know and giving them our own twist!
Next week we will be reading the story 'What the Ladybird Heard Next'.
