Week two

Our first full week in Reception

The children have really enjoyed their first full week in reception, although we are glad it's Friday so we can have a restful weekend. It's hard work coming to school all day, every day.

On monday the children had their very first PE session with coach Scott.

We also celebrated National Dot day on Thursday. The story 'The Dot' is written by Peter H Reynolds and is about a little girl called Vashti who begins to learn how to make marks in her art class. Vashti showcases her work in an art exhibition. Come into our class to have a look at the children's art work. The children have created their own pictures using a dot.
