13 November 2015

This week in English we have been working on a story called Dragonory, which the children have thoroughly enjoyed.

We used " talk for writing" as a way of creating our paragraphs ( check out the videos)

The writing the children produced on Thursday was fabulous, containing adverbials at the start of each paragraph and the children tried really hard to include speech in these stories.

In Maths we have been measuring in mm,cm and metres and converting from one unit of measurement to another unit of measurement.

Today we are celebrating " Children in Need" hopefully we will have raised lots of money to support this charity.

A super well-done to Lewis McCormick for being awarded swimming trophy for his super effort and progress in swimming.

Lets celebrate Conlan Johnson being pupil of the week in year 4W for growing in confidence which enabled him to help others. Well-done Conlannosurprise

Have a lovely weekend , from all in year 4 W
