QUICK!!!!! THERE IS A FIRE AT THE ALPS!!!!!!
On Wednesday the children had finally completed making and painting their houses and so we took them to the ALPs and constructed our own London City. We included a bakery and St Paul's Cathedral.
The children created a bucket line and they watched as a fire started in the bakery and spread wildly to burn the houses down!

All of the children really enjoyed the experience and it allowed them to gain a real experience of something that happened a really long time ago.
Today (Friday) the children wrote a newspaper article about the Fire of London.
