CLOTHING

In Pre-school we have up to 120 children attending throughout the week. Please, please ensure your child's name is clearly written in every item of their clothing, including shoes and coats.

If an item of clothing is misplaced and does not have your child's name inside, we cannot guarantee it will be returned. Also, please ensure your child always brings a coat as we play outdoors in all weathers.

CONTACT DETAILS

Please ensure you keep us up to date with all your contact details, in particular, mobile phone numbers. If your child has a bump to the head whilst in pre-school, it is our policy to send a courtesy text to inform you.

ILLNESS

If your child is ever unwell, please do not send them into Pre-school, you can ring to let us know on 01942 776007 Ext 1020 OR you can text us on 07786205607. If your child has sickness or diarrhoea, they will be unable to come in for 48 hours after the last bout; this is part of our policy and applies to staff too.

TOYS/COMFORTERS FROM HOME

It is really important that your child does not bring toys/teddies in from home. These can go missing or get damaged and we can not be held responsible.

SPARE CLOTHES

Please ensure your child has a spare set of clothes on their peg in case of toileting accidents or they get wet in the water tray etc. It is important underwear and socks are included. If you do not provide spare clothes and your child needs them, we have no option to ring you and ask you to bring some down to Pre-school.

COLLECTING ON TIME

It is very important your child is collected on time, it’s upsetting for your child when they are the last one to be collected. If you are persistently late we have no choice but to charge you £5.00 each time.
