Week ending 27th November.
We have recently been reading the story of, ‘The 3 little pigs.’ In our outdoor classroom, the children have been role playing the little pigs and the big, bad wolf. They were using familiar phrases from the story, “Little pig, let me come in.” “Not by the hair on my chinny, chin, chin!” “I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down.” 🏠 🏠🏠🐷🐷🐷
The children have been exploring different materials to build a house for the pigs. Using different sized construction blocks and sticks they collected on the ALP’s.
The great outdoors! This week we have been using our gross motor skills during outdoor play to, climb to the top of the climbing frame, run around with our friends, play hide and seek, throw and catch a ball, play on the bikes. Whilst outside we saw a beautiful rainbow 🌈 🌈
On the ALP’s, we worked as a team to build a stick house for the 3 little pigs,
look at our amazing house! We hope the Big, bad wolf doesn’t blow it down.
