Welcome to our blog this week.
Earlier this week we thought we'd look at a`Great British Value' -no, not the Bake Off, but the General Election. We set off in our Minecraft teams -only this time we were Parties. We decided on a Leader, and made some major decisions about how the ALPS should be run. We thought about -how we could raise money, how this money would be spent, how the ALPS would be used and by who. Our Party Leaders then made a speech to the class and we voted on which party would Govern the ALPS. This is like a real democracy.

In Science we went Bug Hunting in the ALPS. Our task was to find and identify bugs. Then, record a tally of how many of each bug we found. Take a look.
