Have a look at our new art project where we have practised how to convey messages and feelings through 3d shapes. The technique is called assemblage and the finished pieces are known as relief structures. The children have been introduced to the word abstract – a tricky idea as it is; and they have attempted to use layered shapes to represent feelings about a memory. Take a look!
