William Morris was an artist and interior designer from Victorian times. he specialised in designing wallpapers, stained glass windows and coverings for soft furnishing, always inspired from floral and natural forms. This week has been all about art in the afternoons so we have practised sketching and designing using different media, leading up to the creation of a printing tile to produce Morris inspired printed wallpaper. It was tricky but some of our results are worthy of adorning the grandest house. What do you think?
