All of the shelters constructed in Y6 passed the strength test. Some buckled but remained intact; while others barely creased they were that strong. All were given visual appeal through the creation of washing lines, flag poles, garden fences and such like to make them have the appearance of a 1940s backyard.
It was great to see so many parents take an interest in their child's efforts on Thursday.
