Well, we've reached the end of the penultimate half term. Can't quite believe it! Y6 went into our outdoor area this week to collect leaves. In groups, they worked collaboratively to design and create branching identification keys to sort the leaves into individual groupings from where they could be named. Along the way, they used technical language such as compound leaf, serrated edge, lobes to name a few. Have a look at the work. The teachers think they've done a great job.
