We hope you all enjoyed your break during the May half term. We are now in our final term before the summer holidays. We will finish for the summer on Thursday, 16th July. If your child is moving into our pre-school room, you will receive some information about this in the coming weeks.

During the May half term, our Caterpillars transformed into butterflies, and we had to release them. However, we have more caterpillars arriving soon, so we hope the children will be able to watch them change into butterflies before summer. Here are some photos and videos of the butterflies we released.

We used spray bottles with coloured paint to spray the curtain. This is an excellent activity to help develop children's fine motor and gross motor physical skills.

We explored the marks flowers made when we printed them on paper with paint.

We prepared some delicious fruit smoothies. The children chopped up all the fruit, and then we blended everything together. We enjoyed the smoothies during snack time.
